Foldable weight bench and barbell set

This complete set with weight bench, barbell set and dumbbell set ensures that you can train a large number of muscle groups.

This all-round folding weight bench is used for training different muscle groups. You can do bench presses, back leg curls, sit-ups and many more exercises! The adjustable backrest is well padded so that you remain comfortable during the exercises. The weight bench can be easily folded after use, which makes storage easier.

With a sturdy metal bar, the ergonomic dumbbell set has a total weight of 30 kg. Thanks to the non-slip plastic handles, our dumbbells will not fall out of your hands. The screw caps have star-shaped bolts that ensure that the weight plates always stay firmly in place. The 16 weight plates are coated in sturdy plastic so that they do not make unnecessary noise.

The barbell set contains 8 barbell plates with a total weight of 60 kg, these are also held in place by star-shaped bolts.
