Reflection period/return
It may happen that you want to return an order. Perhaps because you do not like the product or perhaps there is another reason why you would not want the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason.
After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs.
Only the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are at your own expense. These costs amount to €2.95 or approximately €7.25 per package, depending on your orders. Consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates. If you use your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging. To use this right, you can contact us via info@bootyband.nl. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.
If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than necessary to try the product, we can charge you for this reduction in value of the product. So treat the product with care and make sure that it is well packaged when returning it.
Personalized Sports Equipment.
Please note: Personalized resistance bands cannot be exchanged or returned. Due to the personal nature (company logo), the right of withdrawal does not apply to these products. In some cases, we cannot show an example prior to ordering. We make the products specifically to size in length, width and strength. Depending on the size of your silicone logo on the resistance band, this can affect the resistance. A large logo can be heavier and vice versa with a small logo. Before placing an order with us, we recommend that you make an appointment at our office in Amsterdam to test the bands, or we can visit you if you are located around 30 km from Amsterdam.

Do you want to exchange your product? That is no problem at all.
