Exercising at home with resistance bands

Exercising at home during the lockdown or also after the lockdown? Booty bands are still selling like hot cakes. More and more women have started exercising at home because of the lockdown. Many people have realized that it is great to exercise at home. Exercising in your own environment without sweaty people around you. Exercising at home is super convenient if you have small children and no babysitter. Many women feel insecure in the gym and that is why it is nice for them to exercise at home.

Exercise at home for 20 minutes every day with the resistance band.
